Job Description:
Experience working directly with a range of enterprises viz. SMEs, Multinationals, Large Indian Corporates and across Supply Chain
Contacting potential customers to establish rapport and arrange meetings to present existing product portfolio and explore new product categories
Researching organizations and individuals to find new market segments, new customers and new product development opportunities
Work with the product development team to conduct VOC (voice of the customer) sessions with customers to accelerate the launch of new products
Support sales growth for existing customers & new products AND/OR New products Existing customers and entirely new products New customer segments.
Working on RFQ, developing quotes and proposals for clients
Leading commercial negotiations with customers, wherever required, to close sales opportunities
Attending conferences, meetings and industry events and networking to create actionable leads and opportunities
Conduct general market research to understand industry growth, structure, study competitive intensity, market opportunities and help devise a growth strategy and roadmap for implementing business plans and achieving sales targets as well as sales incentives to drive sales performance within the team.
Conduct & drive meetings for new ideas or follow-ups with the operations team, customer, supply chain etc, Setting targets for new business development for the business development managers and executives
Handling team of 8-10 people and assign daily and weekly tasks
Handle & Develop team
Assign weekly goals to the team and see that they are met
Provide necessary training to sales team as and when needed
Manage finances and accounts
Set and Achieve Sales targets month on month
Implementing new business initiatives across the new business and sales teams
