Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and account management.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers to highlight the benefits of our additive manufacturing solutions.
- Work closely with engineering and technical teams to ensure that customer needs are met and solutions are delivered effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional sales teams to develop effective sales collateral and campaigns.
- Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and competitors to remain competitive.
- Attend trade shows and events to promote the company's products and services.
- Travel to customer sites to deliver presentations and demos as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2 plus years experience in highly technical capital equipment with short to medium sales cycles.
- Experience in consultative selling, technical consulting, or business development experience with Additive Manufacturing products and capital equipment sales.
- Advanced Manufacturing or Supply Chain exposure.
- Knowledge of Government, Academic, automotive, medical, aerospace, or other industrial segments.
- A team-oriented mindset inspired by the ability to set and exceed goals.
- Strong written & verbal communication style ... and clear thinker with strong self-initiative to drive outcomes and results.
- Imaginative approach when generating strategic solutions for customers that add long-term value.
- Versatile interpersonal and influencing skills.
