Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Responsible to build Safety culture at R&D.
- Observations identification related to Plant Safety and coordination with all stake holders till closure.
- Work towards Zero Safety & Fire incidents.
- Implementation of TMSW and Audit clearance.
- Safety process implementation & adherence of good Practices at R&D.
- Awareness and implementation of behavior-based Safety.
- Organize safety events & trainings for Officers and cell members.
- Enhance awareness & adherence to follow all Safety legal Compliances.
- Facility planning & execution for all needs / equipment requirements for replacement / future needs by installation, commissioning, and AMC, in Budget.
- Responsible for legal approvals from Govt agency and external safety compliances.
- Reinforcement of 5S at R&D.
- Organize Mock drills and Report preparation.
Experience
6 to 9 Years of Experience
Qualifications
Graduate with Industrial Safety Diploma from RLI/CLI
