Job Title: Manager RPO (Manufacturing Focus)

About the Role:
We are looking to hire 5 Managers RPO who will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment operations for key clients within the manufacturing sector, with a preference for candidates from automotive, hospitality, or chemicals industries. These positions are on-site, where you will work directly from the client's office, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact at the client's office, ensuring their recruitment needs are met while resolving any escalations.
- RPO Service Delivery: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality hires that align with client objectives.
- Talent Strategy: Collaborate with the client to understand their workforce needs, develop recruitment strategies, and optimize talent acquisition processes.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage an on-site recruitment team to ensure exceptional RPO delivery.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal Taggd teams to deliver aligned and efficient recruitment services to the client.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in recruitment operations, RPO delivery, or talent acquisition, preferably with exposure to the automotive, hospitality, or chemicals industries.
- Client Management: Strong client-facing skills with experience working directly from client locations.
- Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the manufacturing sector and expertise in managing high-volume recruitment mandates.
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving, client management, and leadership skills, with the ability to drive recruitment delivery.
- Location: These roles will be based at client offices in Mumbai , Ahmedabad , Kharagpur & Gurgaon
