Manager Risk Management

Position- Team Leader (RMS)

Experience- 10 years

Location - Noida

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks and policies;

Live tracking and management of risks associated with clients open position in derivatives segment as well as debits in T5 funding and MTF funding portfolios;

Conduct regular risk assessments and stress testing to evaluate potential impacts;

Coordinate with various back office and front office vendors for implementation of

company's risk management policies as are in force from time to time;

Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement changes in relevant systems and processes before the prescribed regulatory deadline;

Ensure compliance with relevant circulars and guidelines w.r.t. clients trading activities from RMS

perspective;

Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to risk management practices;

Prepare and present risk reports to senior management;

Lead and mentor a team of risk management professionals, fostering a culture of risk awareness

and Enhance the existing risk management tools and systems to improve efficiency.
