This role will lead SABE teams for DiMO product (Digital Marketing Offers) where objective is to create a global unified platform to enable end to end Amex offers journey and GNS Insight reporting by evolving and enhancing in-house INSPIRE capability.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 6+ data analyst to drive product development by optimizing product journeys and experience and providing data analytics support.
- Collaborate across product, data science and tech teams to enable right product features by providing recommendations and insights for refining user interface and backend algorithms (forecasting, data matching etc)
- Build end to end solutions to enable critical business decisioning to help identify and deliver right insights to bank partners on various key performance indicators leveraging internal and external data.
- Collaborate with various partners in different business teams (GMNS marketing, Network teams etc) by discerning, defining and documenting detailed business requirements, proposing effective solutions to support product/business priorities.
- Drive efforts to automate and standardize new product development, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
- Build and maintain a self-serve reporting suite on Tableau to provide business insights and cater to customer s regular / ad hoc requests driving efficiency.
- Provide both functional and technical guidance to the team.
- Build a culture of innovation in the team.
- Build a robust data quality management system to proactively identify issues and recommend process improvements.
- Independently handle customers/partners for any queries/partner concerns
- Create and maintain documentation for processes used by the team and the support knowledge base for known issues.
- Responsible for and ensures compliance and regulatory requirements of the support process.
- Participate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with peers, architects, system analysts, project managers, quality control, and across other technology team boundaries, reporting project status as required.
- Provide regular coaching and feedback to team and help achieve their goals.
Qualifications :
- Deep product management expertise to drive product development and enhancements.
- Data technology experience to leverage in-house data ecosystem and ability to manage data and derive deep insights & analytics.
- Technical SQL/Hive/Big Query, Tableau, Python, Big Data, GCP
- People leadership experience preferred to handle diverse stakeholders and tenured team members.
- 7-10 years of experience on support Enterprise business and product priorities
- Familiarity with Merchant business to understand the lifecycle and their needs.
