Job Description:. We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 3 years of experience in managing CRM-based marketing using emails, WhatsApp, push notifications, and other marketing automation channels. The ideal candidate should be an expert in tools like MoEngage, WebEngage, Clevertap, Netcore, NotifyVisitors and capable of auditing gaps and strategizing owned channel marketing for e-commerce/D2C brands

Develop and manage comprehensive CRM strategies using emails, WhatsApp, push notifications, and other automation channels
Conduct thorough audits to identify gaps in current marketing strategies and propose effective solutions
Strategize and implement owned channel marketing tailored for e-commerce/D2C/News Media brands
Set up various types of marketing flows and campaigns using advanced features in marketing automation tools
Establish and scale marketing automation systems, ensuring efficient processes are in place
Utilize segmentation and targeting strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness
Design and conduct experiments to determine optimal channels, communication methods, and timings for scaling brand outreach
Own and achieve revenue targets associated with retention and loyalty programs
Collaborate closely with design, copywriting, HTML/tech teams to ensure cohesive execution of strategies
Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, ensuring alignment and support for marketing initiatives
Analyze and report on campaign performance, leveraging data to drive decision-making and strategy refinement
Qualifications:. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM-based marketing, specifically for e-commerce/D2C brands
Expertise in marketing automation tools such as MoEngage, WebEngage, Clevertap
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful CRM strategies
Strong understanding of segmentation, targeting, and marketing analytics
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
