Job Description

  • Viewership Analysis: Analyze viewership trends to identify patterns and insights that drive content strategy and business decisions. Produce detailed insights on a weekly basis to support content and marketing strategies.
  • Insights Production: Generate actionable insights from data analysis to guide strategic initiatives and improve audience engagement. Provide regular reports and presentations summarizing key findings and recommendations.
  • Competition Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of competitors to understand market positioning and identify opportunities for growth. Track and evaluate competitive strategies and performance metrics.
  • Market Identification and Observations: Identify key markets and emerging trends to inform strategic planning and decision-making. Highlight key observations and actionable insights from data to support business objectives.
  • BARC Software Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis using BARC software, including Core Viewer Analysis and Behavioral Analysis. Manage and interpret respondent-level data to enhance understanding of audience behavior.
  • Interpersonal Skills and Team Collaboration: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and work effectively within a team environment. Exhibit strong listening abilities, friendly demeanor, and effective communication skills to foster positive interactions and collaboration.
  • Content Consumption and Observations: Maintain a keen interest in consuming and enjoying a wide range of content, with a specific focus on Hindi mass content. Be a well-read, observant individual with a non-compartmentalized thought process to provide nuanced and informed insights.
