Are you passionate about renewable energy and experienced in developing cutting-edge Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) components Join us to lead innovation and product development in a fast-growing energy company.

Experience: 8+ years in R&D (wind energy preferred)

Department: Research & Development

Key Responsibilities:

New Product Development

• Lead the development and optimization of WTG replacement components.
• Prototype and test new products to enhance turbine performance and efficiency.

Research & Innovation

• Conduct feasibility studies and research new materials and technologies.
• Keep updated on industry trends and innovations in wind turbine components.

Project Management

• Plan and manage R&D projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, engineering, and operations.

Collaboration & Vendor Engagement

• Coordinate with suppliers and external partners to integrate new technologies.
• Ensure seamless transition from product development to production.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure products meet local and international safety and quality standards.
• Develop technical documentation and reports to support regulatory compliance.

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing R&D team.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and excellence.

What We're Looking For:

Education:

Bachelor's/Master's in Mechanical, Electrical, Renewable Energy, or related field.

Experience:

8+ years of experience in R&D, preferably in the wind energy sector.

Hands-on experience with WTG components and product development.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of turbine components, CAD tools, and simulation software.

Expertise in project management with experience in Agile methodologies.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Leadership ability to manage and grow a technical team.

Preferred:

- Experience working with renewable energy technology providers.

- Familiarity with ISO, IEC, and other industry standards.

- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
