As a function lead will be Responsible for the complete development of products for Cosmetic and Commodity portfolio
To work very closely with business marketing team to understand the product requirement and chalk down the development timelines basis predefined Network
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders Marketing business development team Quality assurance Regulatory analytical and Packaging team to execute the product development
Collaboration with external stakeholders like manufacturing units RM suppliers and Vendors
Manage and supervise a team of 45 Scientist for timely execution of projects
Capable of translating requirements of marketing and consumer insights into products
Development of cost effective and efficacious products
Should be able to Identify the claims in the products and substantiate those with proof of concept
Thorough review of the dossier documents before submission to Quality team
Understanding of basic GMP and good documentation practices
Candidate will be responsible for ensuring execution of the batches in Lab scaling them up at manufacturing unit and commercialize the product from manufacturing unit
Candidate will be in charge of the formulation Lab and responsible for all the activities of the Lab
