POSITION : MANAGER- R&D
(for a leading Textile Chemical Manufacturing Company for more then 60 years.)
- Location : Tarapur (Maharashtra)
- Qualification : PhD. Organic chemistry
- Experience : 12-15 years
- Salary : 15 to 17 Lacs (Not a limiting Factor)
Job Profile And Responsibilities.
- Preferably from Fine chemicals, Personal & Health care and Agro Chemicals Industry.
- Through Knowledge of various types of Chemicals Reactions like Frediel Craft, Bromination, Sandmeyer, Nitration, Oxidation, Hydrogenation etc.
- Proficient in lit. survey for organic synthesis like Scifinder, NMR and FTIR interpretation, documentation.
- Should have experience of trouble shooting of Chemical process, yield improvement, Quality improvement, Organic molecule synthesis design, Route of synthesis etc.
- Experience of Handling R&D Team of atleast 5 to 7 Science Graduate or Post Graduates.
- Should have managerial skills having exposure of general management of R&D Departement like material movement, procurement process, Quality parameters etc.
- Experience in SAP will be added advantage.
