Duties & Responsibilities:
- Materials science, metallography
- QA management, QMS Implementation
- Responsible for compliance with Q objectives
- Employee training in the QS system
- Responsible for the preparation and development of the QA manual, procedures and work instructions and regulations
- Is responsible for the archiving and backup of all important QA and development data
- Evaluation of new technologies
- Is responsible for ensuring that measuring equipment and laboratory equipment are in perfect condition
- Assistance and advice on investment planning and investment projects
- Determining the cause of quality defects in production
- Checking the necessary corrective measures by informing the responsible persons
- Monitoring the schedule implementation of all corrective actions
- Obtains information about innovations in his area of expertise
- Professional support of sister companies
- Assessment of faulty components and technical proposal for a decision on further action
- Definition of qualitative specifications for orders and services at suppliers
- Supplier auditing
- Advice to customers on problem solutions
- Evaluation of all quality cases with regard to possible systematic error causes and their reporting
- The constant and systematic monitoring of the QA system (audits) and reporting
- Compliance with laws, regulations, and other regulations in their area of responsibility
- Implementation and further development of implemented management systems as well as participation in newly implemented management systems
- Human Resources Management
- Briefing new employees
- Promotes employees positive attitude towards the company and their work
- Determine the training needs and take appropriate action
- Evaluation of suggestions for improvement
- Planning and monitoring of development projects
- Responsible for compliance with accident prevention regulations and environmental requirements
- Promotes environmentally sound thinking and action
- Is Responsible for compliance with accident prevention regulations and environmental requirements.
Your Profile
- B.E/M.E in Materials Science or Metallurgy, Exp in 10+ years
- Knowledge and experience in the field of metallographic evaluation of laboratory samples
- Hands on exp. of Micro Hardness testing, Bond strength testings
- Safe handling of microscopes and the corresponding analysis software
- User knowledge in MS-Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
