Attending Site Meetings with Contractors and Vendors
Coordination between Contractor, Consultants and Architects
Taking decisions on site construction related matters
Certifying bills claimed
Verifying claims, increase in scope asked by the contractor.
Responsibilities
Direct assistance to the Project Manager in respect to carrying our directives and follow actions initiative by the PM
Payment Certification for Contractors Works
Review of Contractors Work Method Statements
Review of Contractors Shop drawings
Overview on Contractors Milestone attainment
Issue of Site Instructions (on approval of PM)
Contractors claim reviews
Control of minor works contractors
Chairmanship of progress review meetings
Formulation of the requisite site inspection and testing regimes to confirm Contractors attainment of quality requirements
Overall responsibility for the implementation / standard of the Health & Safety activities on the site
