We are on the lookout for a seasoned Manager, Programmatic who will not only oversee the performance of Programmatic campaigns but also possess the strategic acumen to analyze data and determine the key factors for the success of these campaigns.

Who You Are.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Programmatic campaign management and planning, with an extensive understanding of campaign management and programmatic trading, including creative upload, tagging, targeting tactics, and performance/KPI monitoring.
- Expertise in programmatic buying models (RTB, PMP), targeting options (audience segments, contextual targeting), bidding strategies (automated vs. manual bidding), and campaign optimization techniques.
- Advanced experience with channels such as Display, Native, Video, YouTube, and CTV advertising. Familiarity with all ad formats on these channels is advantageous.
- Proficiency in multiple Programmatic media buying platforms/DSPs (DV360, TTD, Amazon DSP, etc.).
- Familiarity with Ad Verification platforms used in Programmatic like IAS, Double Verify, etc.
- Technical expertise in tags and pixels, including tag anatomy, wrapping tags, and setting up macros.
- Experience in the programmatic buying process, with proficiency in setting up PMP and PG deals on platforms.
- Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Adobe, MMPs, etc.).
- Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to set objectives and track progress.
- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
- Confidence in analyzing and leveraging marketing data.
What You Will Do
- Lead the setup, trafficking, and management of programmatic buys across various demand-side platforms.
- Oversee campaign planning and execution within DSPs, including data onboarding, A/B testing, tracking implementation, and bid strategies.
- Monitor pacing and performance to ensure KPI delivery, identify and implement optimizations, and provide strategic campaign insights.
- Deliver actionable audience insights and optimization strategies to enhance campaign goals.
- Manage different campaign goals and requirements (awareness, CPA, viewability, brand safety).
- Collaborate with Media Planning teams to drive ROI and provide strategic recommendations.
- Develop and execute programmatic strategies within the context of media plans.
- Drive best practice development and contribute insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with creative, product, and technology teams to optimize online campaigns.
- As a manager with 7-10 years of experience, you will be expected to lead with strategic vision, mentor junior team members, and play a pivotal role in the innovation and growth of the programmatic department at GALE.
