Must having experience handling wire rod Mill and manufacturing process of 1XXX (H10, H12, H14, O temper) rods, 6XXX (T1 & T4 temper rods), Al59, STAL & TAL rods.
Having SAP transactional knowledge
Understand Alloy & Al59 conductor properties and set mill parameters accordingly.
Experienced of handling multiple Wire rod Mill lines.
Head Rolling mill team to achieve Monthly plans with respect to Cost, Quality and Delivery.
Control on Scrap generation and scrap consumption.
Hands on experience of running Ingot melting furnace.
Having SAP transactional knowledge
Responsible for the entire production activities in the mill to produce high quality standard products with high prime yield and to meet customer satisfaction. Achieve the production schedules as per the needs of the marketing department.
To minimize the down time by timely planning for the pass changes and guides. Responsible for implementing Management strategies to meet the business goals of the company
