Job Description

  • Production Planning and Scheduling
  • Establish and enforce quality control measures and ensure that products meet or exceed quality standards and specifications
  • Manage and allocate resources, including labor, machinery, and materials, to optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime
  • Conduct safety training sessions and actively address safety concerns
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and increased productivity
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to develop and manage the production budget
  • Maintain accurate records of production data and documentation
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless production processes
  • Familiarity with machinery and technology used in Brass Rod Furnaces manufacturing, as well as the ability to troubleshoot issues
  • Assessing project and resource requirements
  • Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
  • Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
  • Knowledge should have related compliance, raw material, tools & machinery
