Continuous monitoring and improving the production output on daily basis for thesection
To initiate, review and approve the QMS records, viz. Change controls, Exception and Deviations in the SolTRAQs system and to ensure the completion of the linked activities as per thetimelines
Ensure the Compliance to laid standards of the current Good Manufacturing Practices in Granulation and Compression of the ODF facility
Monitoring and control of production processes, manpower utilization, yields, waste data and budget
To ensure that the required qualification and validation for equipment and processes related to area are done and complied
To exercise effective control over the process variables affecting the quality of the product
Implementation of Quality Management System as per cGMP and applicable guideline requirement at all levels of Manufacturing
To prepare review / approve the Standard operating procedure, forms, records and batch documents of production and to ensure implementation and compliance of the same
Coordination for installation and qualification of production equipment and compliance to specifications and validated methods
Coordination with supply chain management for monthly planning and materials
To manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime
To ensure all employees follow quality standards, health and safety guidelines
To ensure that the production records are evaluated and signed by authorized personnel before they are sent to quality assurance department
To ensure maintenance of production Area and equipment in the state of cleanliness as per the SOPs at all points of time
