Collaborate with the Product Specialist team to provide technical assistance and guiding them in furnishing the technical Bill of Material.

Provide technical support during the sales process, including responding to customer inquiries and addressing technical concerns.
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Presales Solution Consultants to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
