Role Accountabilty
- Review existing/new products offered by the Company and benchmark with competitor products from a compliance standpoint
- Review all internal company processes from a compliance standpoint
- Prepare & submit gap analysis in the relevant senior management forum, track and ensure the implementation of directions received from the relevant forums
- Track and ensure the implementation of actionables arising from regulatory changes within the stipulated timelines
- Conduct monthly testing of FPC complaints data to ensure they are closed within the regulatory timelines and in compliance with the applicable regulations
- Review and report the gaps/observations in FPC complaints closed by the owner function in the senior management forums
- Track and ensure implementation of actionable/process improvements arising out of the complaints data and assist in submission of ATRs to the relevant senior management forums
Measures of Success(Define the Outcomes expected of the role)
- No significant regulator penalties/fines
- Implementation of regulatory guidelines withing specified/agreed timelines
- Timely closure of FPC complaints review
- Timely resolution of business queries and concerns
- Process adherence as per MOU
Techinical Skills / Experience / Certification (If Any)
- Ability to detect emerging compliance and industry trends and develop appropriate responses
- Ability to operate with due discretion, confidentiality, objectivity and independence
- Knowledge of regulatory environment
Relevant Experience with respect to the role - 4-6 years of experience in Compliance/Legal
Must have Qualification - MBA in any discipline/LLB/CS
