Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategy to build the Mahindra Brand in CE industry.
Responsible for designing and facilitating the implementation of annual marketing plan for the business to ensure its visibility across the country.
Establishing and implementing short and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures for the marketing team These goals and objectives must be in line with the companys strategy as well as be based on linkages and goals of the other functional departments.
Continually monitor and analyze marketing activity against goals and advise the team accordingly. With respect to the marketing budget, the job holder is responsible for planning and administering the firms marketing operations budget, supporting development of regional marketing budgets and overseeing the development and management of internal operating budgets.
Responsible for monitoring the planning and development of marketing and communications materials while working towards brand building.
Monitoring external communications and systems as well as internal communications and systems. Position is expected to review and monitor public relations efforts, advertising efforts as well as external vendors and consultants.
Responsible for representing the sector at various forums and business meetings to promote the CE products. He is thus expected to be knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.
