- We are looking for a customer-focused technical product manager to join the DAiS PM org
- The role entails developing a deep understanding of the needs of users of enterprise data from an end customer perspective and defining strategies/product capabilities to enable their success through data
- You will deliver on the highest-value opportunities to meet the goals of our internal customers, our organizational priorities, and the satisfaction of PYPL s customers

You will drive definition and implementation of strategies, products and solutions that will contribute to the Power every payment and Drive daily usage, beyond the payment OKRs of PayPal.
Your day to day
- Develop a long and short-term product vision and strategy for customer-oriented data products and solutions.
- Communicate product priorities and build consensus with stakeholders from all domains that use the data to drive value for PYPL s customers.
- Create user stories and provide other required input and direction to the Scrum team; own the backlog and keep the team fully engaged in building the highest-priority features and enhancements
- Engage closely with engineering and architecture to help determine the best technical implementation/design while balancing time-to-market needs
- Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to all audiences - including PayPal Senior Leadership team
- Evaluate the competitive landscape and stay informed of the latest trends
- Define and measure key performance indicators to evaluate and understand product value, adoption & growth.
- Be a product ambassador; drive thought leadership through blogging and tech talks.
What do you need to bring
- Strong Product Management track record in delivering Enterprise scale products in top-tier companies.
- Strong business and technical acumen. You ll be expected to help define and drive technical requirements.
- Excellent time management skills with ability to manage a large, diverse set of to-dos - vigorously prioritize, stay on top of multiple work streams, monitor progress, hold owners accountable.
- Have a strong execution bias and deep passion for solving customer problems, specifically reducing friction in customer experiences.
- Have strong communication, listening, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills; able to convey important messages in a clear and compelling manner
- Ability to influence at all levels of the organization and across multiple domains.
- At least 5 years experience in Product Management
- BS or MS in STEM is strongly preferred
