Developing Structure system design to meet performance, reliability and cost targets considering sourcing and manufacturability issues.Permanently fix Structure design deficiencies as and when it gets surfaced during product development cycle on time by taking proactive steps.Creation of 3D models, meshing, preparation of manufacturing drawings.Follow set standards of welding and define welding process to get better life of structures.Application of virtual tools to meet timelines and cost targets in designing structural components.Seek timely guidance from superiors and experts to complete the assigned tasks with quality.Ensuring drawing and design calculations as per laid down standards and practices.Provide timely support to other system groups, sourcing, manufacturing engineering and testing groups by way of technical clarifications.Understanding and implementing MPDS and MQS in all aspects of engineering activities.Seek timely help from superiors and expert in resolving technical issues related to structures.Exceeding targets set and demonstrating potential to take on additional responsibility.Takes initiative other than hydraulic domain to create value for the product and process.Constantly strives hard to refine engineering knowledge by going through design reports, research publications and seeking help from peers and superiors.Suggest ideas to improve product and process
