- Perform key process design activities
- Lead process activities in meetings like project kick-off / reviews / closeout
- Assign responsibilities and monitor performance of team members
- Lead process interaction during projects with client to ensure satisfaction
- Participate in internal review meetings
- Participate in intra-discipline activities
- Provide technical leadership to address all process design related issues
- Lead the process activities for the designated project
- Workout deployment of personnel to various jobs in consultation with all to support optimum resource utilisation in Process Engineering Group
- Support recruitment activities
- Support business development activities
- Support development of proposals
- Support on-going development of process dept standards & procedures
- Participate in project acquisition meetings
Qualifications and Experience:
- BE/ME Chemical/Petrochemical from recognized university & throughout 1st class
Key Skills:
- Experience with AutoCAD software
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Hydrocarbons, Chemical industry
- Pre-commissioning / commissioning exposure is desirable
- Experience in process simulation software (PROII / AspenPlus / HYSYS) and heat exchanger design/rating software (HTRI/HTFS)
- Knowledge of various Industry Codes and Standards
- Excellent communication skills in verbal & written English
- Good networking skills
- Must have good convincing power
- Good people skills, interpersonal relationship management, team player
