Job Description

  • Oversee the design and release delivery of a component group (2-3 scrum teams) within Manhattan SCP
  • Develop and standardize best practices and processes across teams
  • Cultivate and demonstrate strong functional knowledge in Manhattans SCP (PFIO) and its integration with other Manhattan products
  • Coach and mentor team members by sharing domain knowledge to ensure high-quality output
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliberate, define, and prioritize requirements
  • Design complex customer use cases
  • Drive the detailed functional design and development of the application daily, ensuring alignment with specifications and resolving any issues
  • Participate in documentation, training, and release note preparation
Position Requirements:
  • Deep functional expertise in Supply Chain Products such as PFIO, WM, OMNI, and TLM
  • Demonstrates strong learnability and analytical skills
  • Excellent business communication abilities
  • Solid understanding of the Manhattan Active Technology Stack
  • Effective people management skills
  • Familiarity with Postman, APIs, queues, and troubleshooting logs is a plus
