Role Responsibilities
- Oversee the design and release delivery of a component group (2-3 scrum teams) within Manhattan SCP
- Develop and standardize best practices and processes across teams
- Cultivate and demonstrate strong functional knowledge in Manhattan's SCP (PFIO) and its integration with other Manhattan products
- Coach and mentor team members by sharing domain knowledge to ensure high-quality output
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliberate, define, and prioritize requirements
- Design complex customer use cases
- Drive the detailed functional design and development of the application daily, ensuring alignment with specifications and resolving any issues
- Participate in documentation, training, and release note preparation
Position Requirements
- Deep functional expertise in Supply Chain Products such as PFIO, WM, OMNI, and TLM
- Demonstrates strong learnability and analytical skills
- Excellent business communication abilities
- Solid understanding of the Manhattan Active Technology Stack
- Effective people management skills
- Familiarity with Postman, APIs, queues, and troubleshooting logs is a plus
