Job Description:
As a Pricing & Analytics resource, your responsibilities will include providing financial insights and projections to various stakeholders, preparing pricing for new business opportunities. You will provide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planning.
You will prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made.
Required Education and Work experience / Skills:
- Bachelor's degree with MBA / CA and experience in finance or a related area. Preferably CA.
- Experience: Total of 5 to 8 Years. Relevant 4+ Years of experience in Ops finance, Pricing / Rate negotiation & Analytics.Well versed with BPO / Contact center Pricing Preferred.Experience developing financial analysis.A very good understanding of finance and how P&L works and costs goes to P&L.Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide Analytics support / financial insights andprojections to the operation teams related to productivity, forecast planning, reporting, and other cost metrics.Prepare pricing for new business opportunities & negotiate the rates.Review MSAs and SOWs for new and existing clients.Working closely with CXO resources on regular basis.You will provide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planning.You will prepare accurate monthly financial reports, Assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made.

- Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Review MSAs and SOWs for new and existing clients.Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
