Job Description:

Consumer Division at Freyr caters to the Global Regulatory Requirements of clients having Cosmetics, Food & Dietary Supplements, Chemicals, Tobacco and Nicotine, GPSR, Borderline, and OTC Product portfolio (representative list).

We are seeking an experienced marketing person with relevant knowledge in regulatory affairs to join our team. As a marketing strategy person, you will strategize, plan, and create various types of content, leading the online and offline marketing efforts for the Consumer Division at Freyr. You will work closely with the Strategy, Sales, SMEs, and Marketing Operations teams to bring New Business Revenue through Marketing Activity leads. Your expertise in Regulatory Affairs, coupled with marketing strategy will be key to your and the organizational success.

Responsibilities:

Ability to create a vision and build a strong actionable go-to-market strategy and execute the strategies that align with the company's Marketing Strategy objectives.

Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize content strategies and improve engagement.

Strategize and determine the appropriate platforms for content deployment, including blogs, white papers, LinkedIn posts, videos, editorials, case studies, and more.

Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to identify content opportunities and differentiate our offerings Key Competitor awareness and Key customer awareness are a must.

Monitor and manage team performance, set goals, conduct performance reviews, and identify areas for improvement.

Mandatory Qualifications & Skills:

Master's degree in management, marketing, communications, or a related field from Tier I or II institutions.

Understanding of regulations of Cosmetic, foods, and Chemicals Or general regulatory acumen pertaining to product life cycle management.

10-12 years of Proven experience in Marketing Strategy activities, preferably in a B2B technology environment.

Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.

Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Strong content creation and copy writing skills, with the ability to create compelling content across various formats and platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful content, Ad( Google & LinkedIn) strategies. Familiarity with SEO best practices and content marketing principles.

Proficiency in using content management systems, collaboration tools, and analytics platforms. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
