Congregate Technologies is looking for MANAGER PRE SALES to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.Team Leadership: Manage a team of presales engineers or specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their effectiveness and success.
Presales Strategy: Develop and implement presales strategies to support sales targets and overall business goals.
Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers during the pre-sales process, understanding their needs, and providing technical solutions and demonstrations.
Solution Presentations: Lead product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, functionalities, and benefits of the company's products or services.
Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's offerings, staying up-to-date with product updates, enhancements, and industry trends.
Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing technical support and addressing customer inquiries to drive successful sales outcomes.
Proposal Development: Assist in developing customized proposals and solutions to meet customer requirements and expectations.
RFP/RFI Responses: Lead the preparation and submission of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
Proof of Concept (POC): Oversee and coordinate the creation and execution of proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate the feasibility and value of proposed solutions.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to foster trust and confidence in the company's capabilities.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine presales strategies and offerings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, marketing, and technical teams to align presales efforts with the company's overall strategy.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze presales performance metrics, providing reports and insights to management for continuous improvement.
Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops for the presales team to enhance their technical and presentation skills.
Feedback Loop: Provide feedback from customer interactions to product management and engineering teams to support product improvements and innovations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline. An MBA or advanced technical degree may be advantageous.
Proven experience in a presales role, with a track record of successfully supporting sales teams and driving business growth.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and managerial abilities to effectively lead and inspire a presales team.
Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in understanding complex technical concepts and translating them into clear, non-technical language for customers.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas and solutions to potential customers.
Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Customer-Focused: A customer-centric approach to understand and address customer pain points and requirements effectively.
