- Ensure quality of Tractors through Product & Process audits of Tractor Assembly and Paint shop & PTCED shop
- Good knowledge of sheet metal & plastic components.
- Support CQA for improving Field Quality of Tractors & implementation of warranty projects.
- Resolution of Concerns reported in New products (Seeding Batch and Pilot Batch) through O-R-C mechanism.
- Engine & transmission Aggregate assembly functional Knowledge is essential
- New product & process handling knowledge
- Analysing customer complaints, Assembly line rejection, Supplier parts analysis and taking corrective actions, Standardizing all the Quality Procedure.
- Experience in Quality assurance function in assembly plant
- Continuous process improvements (KAIZENS) to achieve consistent product quality.
- Implementation of POKA-YOKES to eliminate human error.
- Monitoring and ensuring adherence to processes with SOP/SOS by periodic process audit, SPC and MSA studies.
- Responsible for Engineering Change Management Process,
- Smooth launch of new model / new variants
- Exposure to Quality management systems like ISO 9001, TS 16949, TPM
