Manager - Policy & Regulatory

• Manage regulatory petitions filed by the solar manufacturing BU for electricity, water, other utilities.

• Manage contractual issues pertaining to commercial contracts like module supply contracts under DCR (domestic content) and non DCR bids of SECI / NTPC / other EPC supplies.
• Manage regulatory compliances of all incentive applications for solar manufacturing BU under State / Central schemes.
• Draft letters on all regulatory and policy advocacy issues pertaining to the solar manufacturing BU.
• Manage supply chain updates and market intelligence.
• Coordinate with different research organisations for getting latest data and industry insights
• Ability to liaise on behalf of the company with external parties such as research organisations, industry experts, material suppliers, consultants and other such parties
• Perform other related duties or assignments as desired.

EDUCATION

• Masters degree in business administration (MBA) preferably from tier-1 B-schools

EXPERIENCE

• 5-8 years of prior work experience. Industry or consulting experience in renewable energy sector preferred.
