-Accounting concepts are thorough and can command supervision over fund administrator/ fund accountant
-Having good hands on the all the operational activities of AIF and PMS
-Having good command on all the SEBI compliances for PMS and AIF
-Soft skills to manage client and its various consultants
-Ownership of work and attitude of a solving problems
-Prepared working of Management fees, Distributor fees, Performance fees, Bank reconciliation, DP reconciliation
