This role demands taking care of the following from our Gurugram Office.

As a PHP Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of PHPbased web applications and systems within the organization.

You will lead a team of PHP developers and work closely with other departments, including project management, design, and quality assurance, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of developers, including training, coaching, and performance management.

Work closely with project management, design, and quality assurance teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and project plans.

Design and architect scalable and maintainable PHP-based web applications and systems.

Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Perform code reviews and ensure code quality and stability.

Ensure the use of appropriate development methodologies, tools, and technologies.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner.

Manage and maintain development, staging, and production environments.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

At least 7 years of experience in PHP development and React.Js, with at least 1 years of experience in a leadership or management role.

Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks such as Laravel, or CodeIgniter.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery and React.Js.

Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Familiarity with development tools such as Git, Composer, and PHPUnit.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
