Job Description Summary:
Manager, Performance Marketing will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Performance marketing strategies growing our mobile app users. This role will focus on driving user acquisition at optimal cost across all digital marketing channels.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive app downloads and user engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Campaign Management:
Manage end-to-end app marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Apple Search Ads, and programmatic advertising.
Optimise campaigns for maximum ROI through continuous testing and analysis.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics related to app marketing campaigns.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the performance marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals.
Track and report on budget spend and campaign performance.
User Acquisition & Retention:
Drive user acquisition strategies to increase app downloads and installations.
Implement retention strategies to improve user engagement and reduce churn.
Collaboration & Leadership:
Work closely with product, development, and creative teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
Industry Trends & Innovation:
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in app marketing and digital advertising.
Identify new opportunities and channels for app promotion and growth.

What do you need to bring
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field MBA preferred.
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on app marketing.
Proven track record of managing successful app marketing campaigns with measurable results.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adjust, Appsflyer) is a must.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
