Job Description

Role Summary
The Region Performance Management Manager is responsible for monitoring station performance for operational excellence, Identifying opportunities for improvement, stakeholder management to drive improvements to meet Customer and Business requirements with employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Station Improvement Program
Review Station Performance on regular basis and Identify Improvement opportunities with deep dive analysis on various parameters and inform relevant stakeholders
Help identify best practices related to data capture, solutions, and quick wins and support their roll-out across the country
Provide support for Process Improvement initiatives
Support station on technical aspects of relevant documentation and lighthouse submissions
Facilitate Trainings, Coaching on First Choice Tools, Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives, Change Management
Review CSS/NPA touchpoint scores, identify improvement opportunities and work with Commercial and Operations to drive customer satisfaction using FC Tools.
Conduct Quality checks and Internal Audits as per ISO standards as per schedules
Quality Manager to validate, audit and support operations to meet GXP requirements for the region
Support in roll out of IRR tools and usage and other requirements (Operations)

Stakeholder Management
Work with KPI owners to analyze and improve KPI performance
Work with HR to facilitate employee engagement activities and to support the Guiding Coalition under Station Improvement Programs for Operations
Work with relevant business partners and customers to ensure latest tools and methodologies are being leveraged
Support identification, grooming of First Choice Experts in the country

Does this sound like you
3+ years of experience in operations and/or performance transformation programs (e.g. six-sigma, lean, ISO, etc.)
First Choice and DMAIC trained with Master Bronze certification
Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, operations research, or similar
Relevant team management experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
Data driven mindset
