JOB SUMMARY:n
nA Manager of People Business Partner at Argano, plays a crucial role in aligning human resources strategies with overall business objectives. This role involves bridging the gap between management and employees, ensuring that the organization's talent is effectively utilized and developed. They collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.n
RESPONSIBILITIES:n
- Provide insights and recommendations on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.n
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, working to resolve issues in a fair and consistent manner.n
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering strong employee relations.n
- Work with the recruitment team to ensure effective talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes.n
- Identify skill gaps and collaborate with leaders to design and implement training and development programs.n
- Implement performance management processes to assess and enhance employee performance.n
- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance feedback, goal setting, and career development.n
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies.n
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to both employees and management.n
- Assist in managing organizational change by facilitating communication and helping employees adapt to new initiatives.n
- Utilize HR analytics to assess key metrics and trends, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making.n
MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:n
EDUCATION:n
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.n
- Master's degree and HR certifications are a plus.n
- EXPERIENCEn
- 2-4 years of proven experience in a senior HR leadership role.n
- Strong leadership and team management skills.n
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law.n
- Strategic thinking and the ability to translate business goals into HR initiatives.n
- Experience in driving organizational change and managing complex employee relations issuesn
