Drive GMR Office interventions to strengthen the GMR Program. Work closely with company GMR SPOCs, the Chief Talent Officer-RPG, and the Group Head-O&TD, to improve GMRs experience during their employee lifecycle to help them thrive and create value for the organization.
Support all processes and interventions at RPG aimed at building and sustaining a robust future leadership pipeline. Drive and monitor the implementation of the Top Talent Program Guidelines and ensure relevant and timely communication to Identified Successors. Collaborate with external service providers and knowledge partners, and Group companies O&TD teams, to drive Online Potential Assessments and Development Centers.
Lead the Group-wide 360 Degree Feedback process in collaboration with the HR-Digital team. Introduce and implement changes to strengthen the process, conduct orientations, and guide Group company SPOCs. Drive timely and effective process completion through follow-up with co. TM teams and sharing of progress reports with the HRLT. Develop a guide on interpretation and application of the feedback reports to ensure the process adds value to various stakeholders.
Drive the INSPIRE and AMPLIFY people-leadership programs. Plan, schedule and manage the workshops. Drive nominations in collaboration with the company L&OD Heads, send out the pre-work, and follow up on post-workshop action areas, including participant feedback analysis and sending out of post-reading and reference material to participants. Work with the facilitators to continually strengthen the content.
Drive user adoption and engagement of Skillsoft Percipio in collaboration with the company L&OD teams, by continually improving the E-Learning experience, and supporting the Group companies to derive maximum value from the Skillsoft engagement through regular connects, awareness of new features, inputs on focused campaigns, etc
Conduct external benchmarking from time to time, based on needs, related to any of the above-listed processes. Actively participate in taskforces related to any of the O&TD processes and steer them to logical conclusion.
Collaborate with the employer branding team to drive O&TD-related internal communication to create awareness about O&TD programs and processes.
Support the Group O&TD fraternity by offering to facilitate RPG Leadership Capability workshops.
Contribute to and add significant value to the work of the Group s O&TD Council as an active member. Keep Group process manuals (OMR, TT Guidelines, GMR Program) updated and frequently circulate and socialize them with relevant stakeholders across RPG.
