POSITION: Manager: Organic Accreditation and Certification Advisor

LOCATION: Delhi

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Manager - Organic Accreditation and Certification Advisor at Parthavi Organic Vision Pvt. Ltd. will oversee documentation for EU, NOP, and other organic regulations. This role includes leading online and offline teams, travelling to implement organic standards, and participating in social causes related to organic awareness. The Manager ensures timely project completion and supports the company's vision of sustainable organic farming.

The primary responsibilities include:

Develop and manage documentation for EU, NOP, and other organic regulations. Ensure standards for certification and accreditation are met.

Lead and manage online and offline teams, ensuring effective communication and goal achievement.

Oversee the implementation of organic regulations on-site. Ensure compliance and resolve issues.

Promote social causes related to organic awareness and engage with the community.

Ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects. Coordinate with stakeholders to keep projects on track.

Perform tasks as needed, aligned with the company's vision. Stay updated on organic certification and accreditation trends.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Ability to work effectively in a start-up environment, handling dynamic changes and challenges.

Strong understanding of EU, NOP, and other organic regulations.

Ability to travel and work on-site with various stakeholders.

A strong passion for environmental sustainability and organic farming.

Demonstrated ability to manage and lead both online and offline teams efficiently.

Hobbies such as scriptwriting, video editing, social media account management, music, or volunteering are advantageous.
