Job Title : Manager - Oracle Fusion ERP ( SCM / HCM / ERP Finance )

Position Overview : Lead a high performing team of Customer Success Services/Oracle University Subject Matter Experts for one or more product lines supporting projects related to the design, creation, recording, delivery and sale of CSS/OU training assets including but not limited to the Cloud Learning Subscriptions, Instructor-Led Courses, and Certification.
Roles & Responsibilities :
As a member of the Oracle University Customer Success Services Delivery Management team you will lead a team of Cloud Delivery Leads/Instructors and be the SMEs for one or more product lines. In this capacity, you'll support the design, creation, recording, delivery and sale of training related to Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. This includes, but is not limited to the Cloud Learning Subscriptions, Instructor-Led Courses and Certification.
Strong leadership, communication and project management skills are crucial to success in the position. Additional responsibilities include Project management, monitoring revenue and instructor related expenses, instructor utilization, timecard approval, etc
An optimal candidate for the position has experience in and enjoys project management and has the background and skills to effectively lead highly technical personnel. Successfully navigating Oracle University's internal organizational network will be a critical component to success in the position. Comfort communicating with Oracle Partners and Customers on OU product direction as well as exposure to and fundamental knowledge in one or more Oracle Fusion Applications technology is essential.
BS, MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area as well as 4 years of software engineering or related experience is required.
A successful Cloud Delivery Practice Manager will lead and develop a highly technical team of Subject Matter Experts charged with supporting Oracle University's projects, content and learning assets. OU products include digital learning materials, certification exam maintenance and live event delivery. The team of SMEs are senior, highly capable, self-motivated, individual contributors requiring support, occasional guidance and leadership. Additional soft skills will include the ability to motivate your team, lead their professional development as well as recruit and hire new talent. Advise and support staff professional development. Promote, implement and monitor strategies to ensure quality of OU products and services. Must be comfortable working with Internal teams, Oracle Partners and Customers on content direction and strategy. Travel as necessary.
