Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager or Sr Manager at StrideOne in Gurugram. The Manager/Sr Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing the financial services platform, have good understanding about Documentation and ensuring the delivery of smartly designed customized financial solutions to MSMEs and supply chain partners of startups. They will also be responsible for fostering relationships with lending partners and optimizing risk-efficient penetration into untapped borrower segments.
Preferred employee is having experience in CAD profile in Bank or NBFC.

- Experience in financial services, lending, or related fields
- Knowledge of MSMEs and startup ecosystem
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and lead a team
- Experience in developing and implementing financial strategies
- Knowledge of risk management and compliance
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, business, or related field
