This role requires a candidate who canlead and streamline operations across these key functional areas, ensuring compliance,optimising processes, and supporting the organizations strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
u2219 Lead and manage the operations withinHR, Finance, and Legal departments.
u2219 Manage financial operations to ensureoptimal fiscal management and compliance with statutory and regulatoryrequirements.
u2219 Develop and implement HR strategiesthat align with the companys goals.
u2219 Oversee legal matters, ensuring riskmitigation and compliance with laws and regulations.
u2219 Collaborate with department heads tostreamline operations and support strategic objectives.
u2219 Oversee HR operations, includingtalent acquisition, development, and engagement strategies.
u2219 Develop strategies to minimize risksand maximize opportunities across HR, Finance, and Legal operations.
Requirements
u2219 Minimum of 8+ years of managerialexperience in Operations, with a proven track record in HR, finance, and legalcompliance.
u2219 Atleast 2 years of experience using Zoho tools and applications.
u2219 Experiencein HR within the FMCG industry will be particularly valued for this role.
u2219 Strong understanding of HR practicesand employment legislation.
u2219 Strongunderstanding of financial management, regulations and legal frameworks in India.
u2219 Provenability in team management, development, and policy formulation.
u2219 Experience in accountingprocedures.
u2219 Familiarity with corporate legalrequirements and procedures for compliance.
u2219 Excellent communication and leadershipskills.
u2219 Ability to develop and maintaincross-departmental relationships and processes.
