Job Description
1 Daily interaction and followup with Alliance partner Category manager and Procurement Managers to ensure seamless operations.
2 Ensure Customer Fill Rate @ 99%+ across all Alliance partner stores across Blr, Hyd, Pun.
3 Run process to match FTH Daily catalogue & Alliance partner Catalogue and ensure 99% availability.
4 To make sure the day to day operation, Alliance partner FC Dispatch, Packing etc is as per SOP and on time.
5 Track Packaging material with the Alliance partner FC and Alliance partnerstores and ensure 100% availability for seamless operations.
6 Working with finance for Alliance partner related Reco, Payment, credit notes, POs etc.
7 Ensure availability of Clean Label products across all regions / stores
8 Ensure Dairy Products are delivered directly to Alliance partner Stores and FC, while managing relationships with Milk vendors.
9 Prepare Track and Communicate Operations Metrics.
10 Look into Customer complaints and resolve by working with Alliance partner stakeholders.
11 Working closely with Last Mile for key metrics like, New area's, Ontime, Customer Complaints and Reconciliation.
