Objective (The purpose of the position )The primary objective of the Operations Manager in the Uniform Division is to orchestrate and optimize the end-to-end operational processes to ensure seamless and efficient business operations. With a keen focus on the financial perspective, the Operations Manager aims to manage costs effectively while contributing to revenue optimization through streamlined and productive processes.
Mandatory to have Above 10 yrs Textile Field Experience (Apparel)
Strategically plan and manage the end-to-end supply chain to optimize procurement, production, and distribution processes.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials.
Oversee order processing, raw material purchase, garment outsourcing, and delivery to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
Implement measures to enhance order accuracy and reduce lead times.
Establish and maintain proper quality assurance processes throughout the production and distribution phases.
Monitor and improve product quality based on customer feedback and industry standards.
Based on the customer requirement oversee the pattern development and its tech pack for bulk production
Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement streamlined processes.
Utilize lean management principles to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing operations team.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the department.
