Manager - Operational Excellence

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Close follow up with all OpEx work streams and functions to drive the continuous improvementacross the operations and ensure milestones are delivered as per plan .

• . Responsible for visual updates of metrics through coordination with stakeholders.

  . Support in OSW implementation, RCA Approach, MOS ,FLL program launch, change management plans roll out etc.

  . Provide necessary support tosite OpExManager on site Monthly Business Review process

  . Coordinate & monitor various metrics (premium plant & global MBR) and putting into the database.

  . Provide necessary support in drivingOpEx culture at site.

  . Networking with other Sites / Functions and benchmarking to exchange knowledge and good practices

  . Drive various OpEx initiative like SHINGO , OpEx Maturity assessment , Continuous Improvement Days celebration and other programs
