Role & Responsibilities
1. Strong experience & proven delivery credentials, candidate to have Industrial driveshaft market experience - in the Sales & Marketing domain in India preferably the Gear Industry.
2. Working and implementing a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base and ensure a strong presence through market penetration.
3. Good knowledge of sales process i.e. scheduling, receivables, RFQ Handling, etc.
4. Have good technical and commercial knowledge to handle new RFQs, quotation preparation, price negotiation & finalization with high profitability.
5. Working with CFT to ensure customer requirements are timely met.
6. Keeping a record of the sales data enabling the required analysis.
7. Effective utilization of organization best practices for sales, pricing, negotiation processes, and procedures.
8. Good working knowledge of Salesforce, ERP system, MS Excel & PowerPoint and to generate MIS reports on timely basis for reviews.
Desired Skills
1. To manage interaction with current and potential customers and to improve business relationships, a seasoned sales professional having strong customer relationship management.
2. Internal and external coordination for timely resolution of issues
3. Maintain smooth supply chain, with close interaction with customers for schedules/forecast. 4. Monitor account receivables, timely escalation, and close follow-up.
5. Well done on Salesforce, ERP system, and generating MIS reports timely basis for reviews.
6. Identify the right products for target customers. Preparing business cases, take requisite approvals, and driving for sales execution
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills 8. Excellent interpersonal relationship 9. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
