Role Description
The Manager of Corporate Partnerships is responsible for developing and managing strategic corporate partnerships to support our mission. This role involves a combination of corporate fundraising, partnership management, account management, communication, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and sustaining corporate relationships, with a focus on CSR project funding and employee engagement initiatives.
Specific Job Responsibilities:
- Corporate Fundraising: Develop and implement strategies to secure funding from corporate partners. Identify potential corporate donors and create compelling proposals to secure their support.
- Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate partners. Ensure that partnerships are mutually beneficial and aligned with the organizations goals.
- Account Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of corporate accounts. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to partners and maintain open lines of communication.
- Communication: Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and other communication materials to engage and inform corporate partners. Represent the organization at corporate events and meetings.
- Strategic Planning: Work with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans for corporate partnerships. Identify opportunities for growth and innovation in corporate fundraising and partnerships.
- Employee Engagement: Increase employee engagement partnerships through meal packaging events and other volunteering opportunities. Develop programs that encourage corporate employees to get involved and support our mission.
- CSR Project Funding: Optimize and scale up CSR project funding by identifying new opportunities and developing strong proposals. Ensure that projects are effectively managed and deliver measurable impact.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and sustain new relationships with potential corporate partners. Network and engage with key stakeholders to expand our corporate partnership base.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Increase in employee engagement partnerships

Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate fundraising, partnership management, or a related role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with corporate partners
- Experience in CSR project management and employee engagement initiatives
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative fundraising strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Adaptability to varying work schedules.
