Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager for our New Product Development team in the Wiring Harness Industry in Amphenol FCi Bengaluru. Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering /Mechanical /ECE or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience in product development in the Wiring Harness Industry.
- Strong knowledge of wiring harness design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Proven track record of successfully launching new products in the industry.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations for product development.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of professionals in the New Product Development department for the Wiring Harness Industry.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive innovation and create new wiring harness products that meet client requirements.
