GoDaddy's Information Security Group is seeking a Network Security Manager to use their hands-on technical skills, strong leadership abilities, and eagerness to craft solutions to sophisticated problems. You should become comfortable with communicating with partners, performing security assessments and prioritising security risks, and crafting/presenting high-quality work.

What you'll get to do...

As a Manager in GoDaddy Information Security's Enterprise & Infrastructure Security organisation, you will be charged with leading an India-based team reinforcing GoDaddy's network security functions with a focus on network firewalls.

The ideal candidate will have previously shown the ability to partner with US-based teams to deliver shared outcomes. The candidate will also have a rich Network Security background and be able to make contributions as a Senior Network Security Engineer.

• Lead the firewall operations team, including assessing existing security posture, and driving improvements in alignment with the Network Security Policy
• Collaborate with our Network Security Architecture team and provide day-to-day management of India-based firewall operators supporting our firewall infrastructure
• Partner with Security Operations and Incident Response to ensure your team's readiness to assist in response to security incidents
• Foster collaboration and self-organisation within the team by adopting agile development practices. Contribute to org strategy and roadmap and use your profound understanding of team velocity to facilitate prioritisation discussion with leadership

Your experience should include...

• 7+ years of Network security domain expertise, and a deep understanding of network routing, switching, firewall design and operations in a large-scale service provider environment
• Strong leadership and proven track record to deliver outcomes across time zones
• Superb communication and, interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate with a variety of audiences from early careers to senior leadership
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust networking and architectures, including network micro-segmentation
• High expertise in firewall management and operations. Experience with Juniper Security Director, Juniper SRX series, and Tufin a plus.
• Linux administration and scripting (Python, Bash, etc.)
• Agile development such as Scrum or Kanban
