Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our existing customers, as well as identifying and closing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of our products and services.
  • Understand customer needs and provide feedback to the product team to help drive product development.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and other key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in account management or sales in the tech industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of the tech industry and our products.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
