We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our existing customers, as well as identifying and closing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of our products and services.
Understand customer needs and provide feedback to the product team to help drive product development.
Meet and exceed sales targets and other key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in account management or sales in the tech industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong understanding of the tech industry and our products.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
