Key Responsibilties

- Partnership Development: Identify and engage with Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), banks, and small finance banks to establish strategic partnerships.

- Fund Sourcing: Secure funding through FLDG (First Loss Default Guarantee), co-lending, and distribution models.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders in NBFCs, banks, and small finance banks.

- Strategic Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements to ensure beneficial outcomes for all parties involved.

- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential partners and assess their compatibility with FatakPay's goals.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all partnerships comply with relevant regulations and standards.

- Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of partnerships and report on key metrics to senior management.

- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align partnership strategies with company objectives.

- Lending Partner Understanding: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the requirements and dynamics of lending partners to optimize engagement strategies.

Rrquired Skills and Qualifications

- Experience: 8-12 years of experience in partnership development, relationship management, and fund sourcing in the financial sector.

- Education: MBA from a Tier 1 college or a CA qualification.

- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of NBFCs, banking, and financial services industry.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements and partnerships.
