Manager -Operations Team
We will count on you to:
- Reward revenue forecast and planning
- Revenue analysis product, location wise along with preparing dashboards
- Collaborate with IT team to automate reports for better efficiency and process flow
- Monthly preparation of working and reporting reward revenue
- Analyzing variances vs Forecast, deep dive onto variances and provide detailed commentar
- Develop identify opportunity areas to drive efficiencies
- Prepare quick and accurate ad-hoc reports depending on specific business requirements
- Develop understanding on Sales Incentive Plan and drive it for Marsh India
- Connect with colleagues and assist them in preparation of their Eligible revenue for Sales incentive.
What you need to have:
- Minimum 3-5 years work experience required
- Demonstrate a passion for client service
- Ability to deal with work pressures and client demands
- Aptitude for technology and easy adoption.
- Clear work history of high performance and adherence to Marsh Standards and performance goals
- Good work ethics
- Adaptability & change management (personal & for team)
- Ability to de-escalate conflict
- Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
- Technical knowledge - MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook
- Extensive knowledge of general insurance product -related policies , wordings , exclusions, warranties and legislation.
- Adhere to professional standards, compliance/regulatory requirements, or Marshs Professional standards to maintain quality & avoid potential Error & Omission (E&O) situations

- Lead operational activity of the department, manage and prioritize own and departmental workloads in accordance with local target requirements
- Day-to-day operational management of the team
- Demonstrate an escalated degree of control with regards to Operational Risk exposures for significant claims
- Mentor, train or provide guidance to colleagues as required
